Robert has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC and obtained his CPA designation by working for two international CPA firms in Vancouver. He then joined two other CPAs to start his own accounting firm, which continues to this day as Matthews Campbell CPA.

Over the years Robert has been involved in coaching children up to age 16 in various sports including soccer, basketball, and baseball.

Prior to joining SOS Children’s Village BC in 2017, Robert was a board member and Treasurer of North Shore Neighbourhood House and board member and Treasurer/President of the Deaf Children’s Society of BC. He was also involved in fundraising for the Boys and Girls Club of Vancouver.

Robert joined SOS BC because he believes the organization can make an incredible difference in children’s lives for those that live in the Village and surrounding areas. He is convinced that SOS BC can do so much more in the years ahead and is excited to be a part of that challenge.
