The second annual Trip Lottery for the Parade of Trees ran from September 15th to December 23rd.

The early bird draw took place on Thursday November 27th, 2008

With the final draw taking place Wednesday December 24th, 2008 at 9am

There are only 1000 tickets for sale at $20 each or 3 for $50.

Third Prize: Klaus Achenbach - Kayaking Adventure

The grand prize is 2 Economy Class tickets valid for travel to any Air Canada destination in North America (including Hawaii, Mexico and the Caribbean) worth $5,600.

The second grand prize is a Holland America Line cruise for two of up to 7 days to Alaska, the Caribbean, Mexico or Canada/New England worth $3,300.

There are also other great prizes including a trip for 2 on Helijet to Victoria and Kayaking Adventures with Ecomarine Ocean Kayak Centre.

Order & Pay for Your Tickets to the Parade of Trees Gala

The Gala will be held at the top of Grouse Mountain to launch the Parade of Trees on Thursday November 27th from 6pm to 10pm. It is a wonderful night of wine, food, music, lighting of the trees and awards for the favorite trees. The highlight of the evening will be a silent auction with many amazing items to purchase for Christmas gifts including vacation packages, local hotel stays and great meals at your favourite restaurants. Bid in the silent auction on a trip for 4 to Jasper donated by Via Rail (value of $1,948). Two complimentary tickets are included with the sponsorship of a tree and tickets can also be purchased for $100. Sonora Ranch Wine and hors d'oeuvres created by Executive Chef Dino Gazzola will be served.
