It is critical to network and establish synergies with donors, corporations, and organizations in order to inspire attitudes and generate awareness in regard to the issues related to the needs and rights of children. We are not afraid to speak up to draw public attention to the abuse of children’s rights and needs.
We translate our words into action. We know that the community requires education when it comes to the issues related to the foster care system and the kids who have to live in it. We awaken a need in others to be part of the life and work of SOS BC through oral presentations, audiovisual tools and written materials. We look for every opportunity to dialogue our passion; that kids in foster care matter... that kids in foster care are important... that kids in foster care deserve the same opportunities as other kids.
